Casa de la Cultura Mexica has organized a new campaign entitled, "Build Friendships Not Fences." This program was designed to promote community awareness and safety within the city of Campbell and eventually all of San Jose.
It is a campaign centered on neighbors and neighborhoods coming together to meet one another and establish a safe and friendly environment.

On the days of Dec. 22nd through Dec. 31st go next door and meet your neighbors. Bring along some cookies and break those barriers.

By meeting your neighbors you can:

• Help promote community awareness and safety.
• Act as a look out and offer a safe haven for a neighborhood child.
• Help create a stable and safe community for your entire family.
• Feel at ease knowing that the rest of your neighborhood is keeping an eye on your home while your away.

As a symbol of your support, please tie a white ribbon on your house, front door or tree to show you care about the community.
